Our baking journey began in an Israeli home kitchen, shaped by the traditions we grew up with. Nearly 15 years in Northern Italy — followed by time in Lyon — deepened our understanding of dough, technique, and craft. Baking has always been connected to mindfulness for us, a way to stay present through the hands, while enjoying a unique kind of fresh bread. Now based in Portugal, we continue exploring and slowly integrating the country’s exceptional local ingredients into our work.

Our Menu

  • A large, soft American-style pretzel with a golden-brown crust and light, fluffy interior. Each pretzel weighs approximately 135g and is baked fresh daily, making it a generous, shareable item with satisfying texture contrast in every bite.

  • Ciabatta-based bread sticks with a light and airy interior and a crisp exterior. Each stick weighs approximately 40g and is baked fresh daily from pizza flour, water, fresh yeast, honey, and salt. Choose from mix-in options baked into the dough.

  • Our donuts are made fresh daily from a soft, enriched dough. Each donut weighs approximately 130g and comes in two styles: filled (without a hole) or classic ring (with a hole in the center). We keep the selection focused, offering a small range of flavors — each with its own filling and finished with a glaze or coating inspired by classic guitar finishes.

    Cherry Burst A generous 130g filled donut with no hole in the center. Soft and fluffy with a golden crust, filled with raspberry or mixed berry jam and finished with powdered sugar or a light glaze. Inspired by the warm Cherry Burst guitar finish.

    Midnight Black A 130g filled donut with no hole. Light and airy interior filled with smooth vanilla cream and finished with a striking black and white glaze. Named after the bold Midnight Black guitar finish.

    TV Yellow A 130g ring donut with a hole in the center. Soft and chewy texture, filled with rich chocolate cream and finished with a vibrant yellow glaze. Inspired by the iconic TV Yellow guitar finish.

    Vintage White A 130g ring donut with a hole in the center. Tender crumb filled with creamy white chocolate and finished with a clean white glaze. Named after the classic Vintage White guitar finish.

  • Each roll weighs approximately 90g and is baked fresh daily. Made with T65 flour, water, yeast, extra-virgin olive oil, and salt, these soft and fluffy rolls are infused with garlic for a rich, savory flavor and finished with your choice of coating.

    Topping options:

    Sesame Coating — Classic nutty flavor and a beautiful golden crust.

    Oregano & Salt — Aromatic and savory, perfect alongside cheeses or cured meats.

    Sourdough Breadcrumbs — Rustic texture with a subtle tangy note.

  • Garlic and Rosemary Challah A fragrant braided challah enriched with garlic and fresh rosemary. Made from a soft, slightly sweet dough and baked fresh daily. Available as a large challah or in smaller individual loaves.

    Ingredients: Flour, sugar, salt, yeast, honey, eggs, canola oil, garlic, rosemary, and water.

    Allergens: Contains wheat, gluten and eggs.

  • Naturally leavened sourdough breads made with a clean, simple base of flour, water, and yeast. Each loaf weighs approximately 1 kg before baking, with a final baked weight of 850–950 g. Our flour blend combines Manitoba and selected Italian flours for strength, elasticity, and rich depth of flavor. Baked fresh daily with a crisp crust and an open, airy crumb.

  • Our signature green pesto, made with fresh basil, garlic, Pecorino cheese, pine nuts, salt, and extra-virgin olive oil. Bright, aromatic, and full of flavor. Perfect for pairing with our fried gnocchi, pizza fritta, or as a dip for bread sticks and garlic rolls.

  • A rich and flavorful tomato sauce simmered with garlic, herbs, and a touch of spice. Made with tomatoes, salt, sugar, black pepper, chili flakes, sesame, garlic powder, basil, and oregano. Perfect for dipping our fried gnocchi and pizza fritta, or as a base for our breads and rolls.

  • Pizza Doughs

    We offer three distinct pizza dough styles, each crafted with a different process and hydration level to create a unique texture and flavor experience. All doughs are made exclusively with high-quality Italian flours.

    Classic Italian Pizza Dough (200g) Traditional Italian-style dough with balanced elasticity and crispness. Ingredients: Manitoba flour, 00 flour, water, yeast, olive oil, salt.

    Neapolitan-Style Dough (240g) Soft, airy, high-hydration dough with 72-hour cold fermentation for deep flavor. Ingredients: Type 0 flour, Manitoba flour, water, yeast, olive oil, salt, sugar.

    Thin American-Style Pizza Dough Crisp, light, and perfect for generous toppings — classic thin-crust style. Ingredients: Pizza flour, water, salt, extra-virgin olive oil.

    Red or White — Your Choice All pizzas are available with either our house tomato sauce (red base) or a rich, cheese-based white sauce. Toppings vary according to seasonal and local Portuguese ingredients. All versions pair beautifully with our green pesto.

  • With over a decade of experience crafting fresh pasta in a wide variety of shapes, we offer a focused selection of sauces designed to complement each style. From long ribbons like tagliatelle and pappardelle, to filled pastas such as ravioli and tortellini, and unique shapes like orecchiette, trofie and farfalle — each pasta brings its own texture and character to the plate.

  • A traditional Italian street-style snack with deep roots in Emilia-Romagna. These small pillows of dough are fried until golden, creating a crisp exterior and a light, airy interior. Served warm and perfect for sharing.

    How it’s served:

    • Paired with selected local Portuguese cheeses and charcuterie

    • Works beautifully with both our green pesto and house red sauce

    • Ideal as a starter, aperitivo, or a shared table centerpiece

  • A classic Neapolitan street-food specialty. The dough is sealed and fried, creating a light, airy exterior with a soft, steamy interior. Each fried pizza is made from a 180g dough ball and served warm.

    Available versions: • Mozzarella & red sauce • Mozzarella, red sauce & selected sausage

    Both versions pair beautifully with our house red sauce and green pesto. Ideal as a starter or shared dish.
